With a history of working with cross-functional teams to use data and analytics to deliver sustainable business solutions, his career background spans Strategy and Finance, business management, marketing, and operations.
Ken is Senior Director in the Manufacturing practice at Spaulding Ridge and is a former S&OP executive with a large global manufacturer. He has a deep understanding of supply chain, operations, and business transformation from his own industry experience, and is now responsible for leading supply chain and S&OP implementations at other companies.
